Bringing visual management to mobile
iObeya is a digital visual management platform used by enterprise teams for lean, agile and collaborative work (mostly on large screens and desktops). As mobile usage became a growing demand from users, I was brought in to design the first version of the iObeya mobile app.

Challenge
iObeya was never designed for mobile, yet more and more users needed to track actions and tasks on the go.
Our challenge was to create a mobile experience that remained useful, usable, and scalable, without compromising iObeya’s core structure and security constraints.
Results
iObeya accessible anywhere, anytime
Users could now follow up on their tasks and actions in mobile contexts — a major step toward better adoption across frontline and hybrid workers.
Clear MVP scope and validated use cases
Through a Design Sprint and multiple test loops, we validated the most valuable mobile scenarios and helped the product team prioritize the roadmap.
Design System for scalable delivery
We created a mobile design system (iOS, Android, shared components) to speed up implementation and ensure consistency.
Stronger alignment between design, product & devs
With tools like Lean UX Canvas and prototypes, we created a common vision that helped the team move fast and iterate with clarity.
Solution
We designed the iObeya mobile companion app to let users manage their tasks and actions on the go — a critical need for hybrid teams and frontline workers.
